I was banned from Atticus Chess club in Liverpool for no good reason

today i received this  email with a reference to the Police highlighted.


  "As you know, you have publicly disputed the reasons for your exclusion
from Atticus Chess Club, in particular denying that you have "an ongoing
conflict" with Aigburth CC. We have recently received permission from
Aigburth CC to go into details about your dispute with their club and
this email is designed to make the position clear.
  In January 2015, Atticus was forwarded an email which you sent to X - this email, dated January 10 2015, was written in highly
aggressive language. Accompanying this email was a request from Aigburth
Chess Club via one of their officers to address the issue of your
attendance at the Everyman. As the email put it, "a significant portion
of our club are reluctant to be in the same room as Josh." We were also
informed about your threat to stab X (a threat witnessed by 3
members of Aigburth CC), your subsequent harassment of the same person
over 14 months, the involvement of the police, and the later decision by
Aigburth to ban you from their club. As far as Aigburth were concerned
you did indeed have "an ongoing conflict" with them (indeed, they
thought that expression was an understatement). Aigburth went on to
raise serious doubts about being able to play Atticus in the Everyman as
long as you attended our club. It was in that context that we, the
Committee of Atticus Chess Club, unanimously took the decision to
exclude you from our club.
  We have recently been informed that you have harassed one of our
members via threatening phone-calls and emails. Moreover, it is evident
that this is just the last of several, similarly abusive, written
attacks on our member(s).You should be aware that we do not take attacks
on our members lightly and, should they continue, we reserve the right
to approach the police and the MCA about your behaviour."

It is obvious to me that the Police were never involved as if they were I would have been arrested!  If I threatened to stab someone I would have been charged by now largely because I have previous from childhood and Special Branch have a file on me (the late Bahman Faraji was a personal friend). I have been arrested three times in the last year, in St Georges name!

I am awaiting confirmation from Aigburth as to whether the Police really were involved, but I doubt it!

 As far I am aware the Police were not involved. I have been arrested three times this year and this was not mentioned to me whereas other allegations against me of fencing stolen goods were. I think it is a complete nonsense the police were involved, as if they were I should have simply shown them evidence of X haranguing me and the Police Decision Makers would not send it to CPS! If I was as guilty as you make out I would have been sent to prison or at least been charged :)

It disgusts me how people can fabricate police involvement to try and intimidate people. If I had really behaved like that and the Police been contacted I would have been locked up by now.

It is obvious to me that the Police involvement has been made up!

silly people with degrees

I played at a chess club in Liverpool where a woman who isnt very good at chess beat me at one game.

She laughed at me and she laughed at other players who went on to beat her... She called a friend with learning difficulties an idiot.

This woman has a degree from Oxford or Cambridge and seems to think she is better than everyone else... She asked me if I spoke French.

I couldnt be bothered explaining to the stupid slit that I translate from it and was trained by the Canadian Government's top linguist to do so but didn't speak it...

The thing that really upsets me is that despite the fact that I have beaten a strong Fide Master at chess and have passed translation tests with the best agencies in the world she still thinks she is better than me and thinks that people like me shouldn't be treated with respect....

Her attitudes shock me...

my study of Turkish is going well as is my study of Arabic

I have recently got probation for sending abusive emails to university lecturers... when I was uni all I did was waste my time with nonsense and watch idiots get degrees for essays written on "smoking in Japan" and be told off for reading books.

The only reason I passed exams with the best agencies in the world is that I taught myself the foreign languages and actively ignored the advice of moron professors who joked about student's suicides.

I recently noticed some notes of mine that had been given to me from university had gone missing... i was going to look for them, but i will forget them because the teaching i received was so appalling.

thanksgiving and being Grateful

I remember threatening to murder my Girlfriend and telling the Mikamis in Japan that I wished their house got hit by a Tsunami and that they all died. I also remember deliberately winding up a former friend until he tried to kill me.

Such behaviour is extremely ungrateful. Many in the third world would give a lot for the opportunities I have been given and either smashed up or thrown away. Many people out there would love a friend.

In the past 6 to 9 months i have started giving away money to charity as opposed to spending it on Gallons of Vodka per night.

I pray that I have friends and the Mikamis forgive me.

A Worthless Dickhead Called Karim Menacere

A while ago I slagged off an idiot called Karim Menacere who wrote a book on Amazon.

This cunt gave better marks to students who cheated by downloading pictures off the net than he did to me, told sexual jokes  in lectures for a laugh and basically was a bit of an idiot.

I would have no problem  with this if the education was for free, but it wasn't.

Karim's absurd marking criteria helped idiots who could read no kanji get 2:1 degrees thus wrecking the work me and others put in.

I made myself sick getting a degree, genuinely risked my health just for this dickhead to give out 1sts to people who downloaded pictures of signs and called it critique of translation.

So I wrote a nasty 1 star review of his book to take revenge on him.

The cunt then went to amazon to get it taken down. I guess Karim isn't really into freedom of speech...

a collossal waste of time, disgustingly insulted

I always remember throuhout uni and college the attitude of teachers that they were teaching me.

I put a significant amount of work into getting a degree yet learnt nothing in four years.

WHen i graduated university i could not translate anything...
shame on the system.

I was going to type something about people from poor backgrounds not really having a chance when competing with rich kids who went to Cambridge and Oxford, and whether there was any point in me trying at all, but here is a Lou Reed song

All I got from university and being a translator was meeting a bunch of rich kids... The whole thing just made me really bitter.
