"continuous effort, not strength or intelligence is the key to unlocking our potential"
Said or wrote Winston Churchill.
The karate master Mas Oyama stated this and I feel I have ignored hard work as of late and become lazy.
I have lost my psychotic commitment to weightlifting and fitness and just loaf around in bed all day crying despite having a job.
I used to think as a child that seeing people getting killed from a young age would prevent me from living a normal life but I am now coming to believe that with much effort a normal life is possible for someone like me.
On a lighter note a Japanese lady told me to use あなた not きみ and the very next day I bought an Anata wrapper from a Kurdish shop!
